What's the difference between the Seamoth and Cyclops? Which one is better?
The Seamoth is the smaller one. It can go less deep, at least at the beginning, unless you upgrade it. The Cyclops is much bigger, but honestly, it's too clunky and a bit scary to maneuver, especially with giant beasts and Leviathans around you. So, I personally ended up barely using it compared to the Seamoth. I'd say it would depend on your playstyle and preference on which one to use!
In your opinion, what is the most dangerous Leviathan?
In Subnautica 2, I'd definitely say the Collector Leviathan (Kraken) is the most dangerous. When you first encounter him, he can be quite scary, and he can find you in the most horrendous locations that make it difficult to get away.
