What's the best way to get sweat stains out of shirts?
To get sweat stains out of shirts, mix 4 tablespoons of baking soda with 1 quart of warm water. Scrub the stain and let it sit for 1-2 hours. Next, rinse the shirt and check to see if the stain is completely removed. If it is, wash it as normal. If not, repeat all steps until the stain is gone.

Another trick is to mix 50% vinegar with 50% room temperature water. Scrub the mixture into the stain and let it sit for 1-2 hours. Rinse and see if the stain is completely removed. If it is, wash the shirt as usual. If not, repeat all steps until the stain is gone.
What's the best way to clean quartz countertops?
To clean quartz countertops, I like to use deionized water or a mixture of gentle organic dishwashing soap. If you use any vinegar or lemon, you risk ruining the finish and/or sealant, so be careful! The gentler and softer, the better. It’s best to use gentle, microfiber cleaning cloths, too.
