Everytime we see each other he always comes up to me and daps me up and hugs me. But i really don't know if he actually likes me or not because i asked him if he can be my Valentine and i also asked him if "He Wants To Be My Boyfriend" and he said yes and then the next day he said he needs to focus on his self. so i'm just really confused.😑😔🥺😥

Girl bye lemme hold your hands as I tell you this. When someone says "yes" to a relationship and then quickly changes their mind to "focus on themselves," it means they liked the idea of being with you but realized they aren't ready for the actual responsibility or emotional commitment that comes with it and/or likes someone else. Look daps and hugs are signs of physical affection and comfort, but they don't always mean romance MOST likely cares about you as a person, but he is using these things to be friendly without the "boyfriend" label. And not to mention that THE EXCUSE: "Focus on Self".

This is a very common way to pull back without being the "bad guy." While he might actually have things to work on, its a polite way to say he isn't interested in a relationship right now.

The mixed Signals are a sign— NOT EVEN A SIGN ITS A BILLBOARD!! Experts often suggest that "if it's confusing, it's a no". A person who is ready and truly wants to be with you will make that clear and consistent. If you have to decode his behavior, hes not in a place to give you what you need.

Does he like me or is he just being nice?
I really think this guy likes me, we talk a lot, and he's given me gifts. But we only seem to talk when we're alone, not with a group. But, he is friends with tons of people (very outgoing person) compared to me, who has a lot of friends but I'm quiet around lots of people except the ones I'm close to. I just wanna know how to tell if he truly likes me (without asking because that's super scary)

How do I know if my guy friend is into me too?
I have this friend whom I know for months now, we don't hangout much often (different timetables different classes) but hangout after class. Met him through my friend and he's really introverted, barely talks to any. He slowly grew comfortable with me and opened up bout himself, but things were still awkward between us.

At times we'd go weeks without talking to each other (turns out we both thought the other person didn't want to talk). Recently we've been taking the bus home together, and we woke up to us sleeping lying on each other's shoulder's for three consecutive days. He doesn't know I'm aware of it and turns out he didn't "sleep" during all of this.

I like him and I want to know if he does too because he genuinely takes interest about me and in what I do, listens to me well and is really affectionate, but him being a silent reserved person confuses and scares me about how he views me. Help a friend out :(

does he like me or not?
basically one of my guy best friends invited his close friend to where we eat for lunch, ever since then we've chatted a couple of times but whenever we aren't talking we listen in to our friends conversations and then add on, so like usual conversation stuff but sometimes I find him staring at me very attentively, like if I fixed my hair or was eating I would catch him staring at me from across the table since it's those circular ones and I would look away but he would always be looking at me.

In our group chat with our close friends from lunch he's always one of the first people to look at the messages I send and he replies really fast, he would heart them sometimes too. When I would rant, he would always try and comfort me even when he said that he wasn't the best with talking about feelings as well.

Today I asked if anyone wanted to play a game to pass time and he saw it in the groupchat and automatically said yes and we played together. there were times were it was mostly silence since we still didn't really know know each other yet but he was really helpful. He checked up on me and asked if I was okay too after I had to leave abruptly because of my parents and he made sure I was okay. And this is where I think I'm just overthinking because he used to have matching pfps with his gf before he moved and he had her initial on his bio but now he doesn't and his pfp is his cat which in the gc he posted photos of her and I told him that she was a cutie so I don't know if he likes me or not or if this is just me overthinking and coincidences do happen but what do you guys think?

Can't tell yes or no
There is this kid at my school and I've never met him or even talking to him or all the way across the room. And each time I look he's always facing towards my way and he keeps glancing at me. And I'm like I need to know of course I'm not going to walk up to him but I need to know if he likes me or not yeah he's cute but when he was staring at me and I didn't know if he was staring at me cuz he liked me or if there was something wrong of how I looked if there was lucky I went in the bathroom to fix my hair😁

Please Help! My crush is acting weird what do I do?
Guys, I need your help, the guy that I like, we had a thing in December, and literally just started a talking stage, and then he wouldn't answer my texts, so I checked his tiktok and he was with another girl, and then they broke up, and ever since that happened, its been off and on, like he'll like me and then realize that im not into him or think that, and then gets a girlfriend and then all of a sudden he thinks I'm cute again, and then breaks up with her, and then he likes me.

This has happened 3 times and there was a time where he was single, and I was dating someone(his literal bsf since 2nd grade) and he said he liked me but he didn't want to ruin our relationship and by the time I found out that this happened it was like Feb 15th, and I asked my bsf(who was dating his other bsf) and she asked his other bsf if that's true, and he said he wasn't interested in a girlfriend, and a week later(I think it was Feb 26th) but we had this music thing(It was orchestra and I was in the level below him) and so we went and he was like following me around and stuff, and he would stare at me, and would try to talk to me, and if he couldn't he would try to get through my friends to talk to me, and his friends all looked at me and he looked away smiling, and when I would get up to move, he would either move closer to where I was, or sit in the seat of where I was sitting, and mirror my stance or movements.

I found out he has a girlfriend, and he still does the things like he still likes me or something, my sister said it was to cover up that he likes me bc everyone is so tired of him liking me, or he doesn't know why he's dating that girl if he likes me. idk what to do, can someone PLEASE give me clarity or something?

What are the signs that a guy is interested in you?
I don't know if the guy I like likes me back. I got the quiz result "He might be forming a crush" but that doesn't make me feel very confident. I want him to ask me out but I don't know how to tell if he's interested in me. He's my friend and I don't want to ruin our friendship if he doesn't like me back. How do I tell if he likes me?
