How do i add rar files in Mugen?

For characters, get a .rar manager such as WinRAR or 7-ZIP to open up the files. Copy the primary unzipped file and paste it in the char folder. After that, enter the data folder and open select.def. Follow the original directions for the addition afterwards.

What do I do if I added the character in select.def and char file and it doesn't appear?

Double check if, in the data folder, you can see a folder called mugen1. If you see this folder, open and then open the select.def file in the folder. If that doesn't help, then make sure the character's folder does not have another folder inside of it. If it does, just cut and paste it out.
