The blue button is only going to be shown on an iPhone. If you have an Android, hold the WiFi name and tap on "Modify Network." Then tap on "IP settings," tap on "Static," then input "DNS 1."

The DNS server codes might not work in your country, or it might just be that the server is not online. The creator must be online to allow for a stable connection. Run a Google search and try to find a 24/7 online DNS code.
