Are Aries and Taurus truly compatible?

I'm a Taurus and my husband is an Aries. He never communicates with me about his thoughts or feelings which is incredibly frustrating and sometimes upsetting to me. I never stop asking him what he's thinking about or how he feels about things which I know he finds annoying and totally unnecessary. He's very impatient so I'm the patient one because I have to be. He needs to win so I let him. Otherwise his blood pressure rises dangerously high. But he has always been a hard worker so if I see he hasn't taken a break from mowing the grass and trimming the shrubbery when it's 90 degrees outside I make certain to take water out to him and manage to convince him to come into the air conditioning for a bit. We've been married for close to 48 yrs so I think we must be compatible since most of them have been happy years. Also it helps that we have mostly the same beliefs. Yet we had and still have very different goals in life. Last but certainly not least we do lock horns every once in a while.👩🏼‍🦳👨🏼‍🦳
