I can't sleep. What should I do?

I totally agree with you, why reserve the bed for certain things, I use it for work, doodling, reading and writing stories I hope one day to publish.

Do you shower in the morning or at night?

It is easier and I feel like the water washes away the bad thoughts and feelings. It makes me feel refreshed and ready for a good nights sleep.
