Changing Windows 11 Font Size

If you want to change the scale of everything on your screen (including text) go to Settings > System > Display and pick a new display scale in the dropdown next to Scale.

  4. The farther you drag the slider to the right, the larger the text will be. The text under "text size preview" will show you how big the text will be.
  5. This will change most of the text on your device to the new text size without changing the scale of anything else.[1]

  3. It's under the "Scale & layout" header. It's near the middle of the menu, so you may have to scroll slightly.
  4. A list of options will appear.
  5. The larger the number, the larger the display scale will be. Note that changing the scale of your display will make everything bigger, not just the font. However, the font will become larger and easier to read when you increase the scale of your display.[2]
