Think about the vibe you want to convey. Take a few minutes to brainstorm without pressure. Jot down words associated with the energy you want to express, or answer these questions related to the vibe you want to bring to the function:
- What kind of music will you play?
- What do you want people to associate with you? Think of musicians you love, as well as places, movies, video games, aesthetics, etc.
- Who's your audience? What will they expect? What might resonate with them?

Remember you can change your name, or go by many names. Some DJs pick a name and stick with it forever. Others change their name as they evolve musically and professionally. And some switch between different names for different events, either to resonate with different audiences or to reflect different musical genres and vibes.
