If you’re a fan of Sketch, or even just video game streamers in general, you’ve probably heard about the rumors around his sexuality, OnlyFans content, and other swirling stories on the internet. But is Sketch actually gay? And where did this all start? We’re here with answers, and also some tips on general internet etiquette to go along with them.

Sketch has confirmed that he’s had experiences with other men, but not that he’s definitively gay. He shared that he prefers not to share details about his personal life and that the rumors were difficult for his mental health. Sketch has suggested that he’d rather not clarify his sexuality. While Sketch acknowledged that he had relations with men in the past, and that he did in fact make gay content, he hasn’t confirmed that he’s gay. In a stream on July 8, 2024, Sketch said that his behavior was due to “addictions” and life circumstances, but not that he considers himself gay.^{[1]

In 2024, a YouTuber “exposed” an OnlyFans account linked to Sketch. On July 7, the YouTuber, who went by the name “Pocketbook” and has since deleted their channel, posted a video where they alleged that various accounts on OnlyFans, an adult streaming website, belonged to Sketch. The accounts contained explicit gay content involving Sketch, according to the allegations.^{[4]

- After, Sketch found himself under scrutiny, and the streamer community was divided, with some attacking Sketch and others coming to his defense.

Sketch addressed the rumors in July 2024. The very next day, Sketch hosted a stream where he confronted the allegations. He said that the person in the OnlyFans videos was in fact himself, and that it was a turbulent period in his life, which may have influenced his actions beyond his sexuality.^{[5]

What’s more, it’s a huge overstep and violation of someone’s privacy to speculate on their gender identity, let alone their sexuality.

He gained popularity in 2023 for his streams, and starting in 2024, began collabing with fellow content creator Jynxzi. Sketch is from Houston, Texas, and fans love him for his infectious attitude and numerous catchphrases, like, “What’s up, brother?” and, “Special team, special plays, special players.”^{[7]
