Cannabis research scientist Riley Kirk, PhD recommends exhaling vapor through a sploof: either make your own out of a toilet paper roll and laundry detergent sheets, or use a commercial product. Other ways to prevent or hide vape smell include:
- Using an odor-bursting or sanitizing room spray.
- Keeping your room ventilated with open windows, fans, and/or air purifiers.
- Absorbing odors with bowls of vinegar, baking soda, or activated charcoal.
- Covering the smell with subtle candles, essential oils, incense, or air fresheners.
