Make sure Facebook "remembers" your login

Tired of having to enter your username and password every time you use Facebook on your computer? If you're being logged out, the easiest way to stay signed in is to tell Facebook to remember your login. If that doesn't work, there could be a problem with your saved cache and cookies. If you're still having trouble staying logged in or keep being prompted to enter your password, you can also save your password in Edge or Chrome and log in to Facebook automatically.

Keep Your Facebook Account Logged In: Quick Steps

  1. Click your profile picture and go to Settings & privacy > Settings.
  2. Click Accounts Center.
  3. Click Password and security.
  4. Click Saved login.
  5. Click Save your login info.
