Whether you’re waiting on a MoneyGram order to deposit into your account or you sent a physical MoneyGram order to someone else, you probably want to check on the status of that order. Fortunately, MoneyGram makes it easy to see where your money order is and if it’s been processed yet. To learn how to track your order and contact MoneyGram if needed, read on.

Things You Should Know

Log into your MoneyGram account to view your transaction history. Or, enter your reference number and last name online.
Check the status of your money order with the serial number.
Contact MoneyGram customer service by calling 1-800-542-3590. Or, submit a contact form online.
Visit a MoneyGram location to pick up your money order. Bring a valid ID and your reference number with you.

Log in to your account to track the status of your order. Head to the login page on the MoneyGram website, then select “Transaction History.” From there, you can view the order you submitted and check on its status.^{[1]

If you didn’t make an account, go to MoneyGram’s homepage and enter in the reference or authorization number for the transaction. Type in your last name, then hit enter.^{[3]

Request your money order info online.

Is it possible to track the money to the location it's picked up? Also do they have cameras at these locations? Does the person receiving the MoneyGram have to show ID?
