Go to the Pinterest website. Open www.pinterest.com in your browser, click the Log in button at the top right corner of the screen, and sign in to your account.

Go to the profile of the person you want to unfollow. Use the search bar or open your Following list to find them.
- To see your Following list, click your profile picture at the top right of the screen, then click “Following” next to your username. A box will appear showing everyone you follow.

Click the Following button. On the user's profile, find the “Following” button under their bio. After you click it, the button will change to a red “Follow” button, which means you have successfully unfollowed the account.
