Go to https://www.roblox.com/ in a web browser. This is how you can play Roblox on your Windows or Mac computer.
- If you aren't already logged into your account, enter your username, email, or phone number and password to do so now. You can also create a new account.
Click the Discover tab at the top to browse the selection of popular games, such as Roblox's Among Us, Adopt Me!, and more. Clicking a game will redirect you to its page.

A VPN (Virtual Private Network) can interfere with your connection to Roblox's servers. Turn it off, and then try to update again.
Whether you're using an ethernet cable or Wi-Fi, check if your network is online. You may be unable to update Roblox due to a faulty connection.
Restart your router. If the above methods didn't work, the problem may be your internet. Unplug the modem and router, wait at least two minutes, and then plug them back in.
