    Expert Answer
Ask yourself what you are dreading. Is it your work? Is it a relationship? Is it responsibility? Maybe it's all of those things. The first step is always to just acknowledge how you feel without judgment. Then, ask yourself what you would probably do if you were not feeling sad and try to do these things. It's normal do feel the Sunday blues, but by acknowledging how you're feeling, not judging yourself, and distracting yourself, you might be able to overcome this feeling.
