Paintball requires comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing that allows you to run, climb, and crouch your way to victory. And even though the paint in most paintballs is easy to wash out, you may want to wear clothing and footwear that you don’t mind getting dirty. Wear long sleeves and pants to protect your skin and avoid welts and bruises.

Bring an extra set of clothes to change out of after you play paintball. The gear you play in will likely be covered in paint, sweat, and dirt by the time you’re done, so it’s a good idea to bring a change of clothes for the ride home and a plastic grocery bag or a trash bag for your dirty clothes.
