Is this for the rollover version or the over five out version?

This is the rollover version because it shows that you can get people out even without exactly. For example, if you have 4 and another person has 3 and it is your turn then when you hit the 3 then he would be out in the over five version. So this is the over five version but you'd need different instructions to play the exactly five version.
