Fill in the credentials like name, phone number, etc. To pin the contact, choose "Find and pin contacts". Now choose a contact you'd like to pin. To remove a contact, right click on the profile picture of the contact, and click "Unpin from taskbar". To remove the People icon, right click on the taskbar and remove the check on "Show People on the taskbar".
