- The word “ANITEEZ” is a mashup of “animals” and “ATEEZ.”
- Like many other K-Pop groups, each member of ATEEZ is represented by their own emoji on social media. These emojis are chosen by the fans (the fandom is called ATINY), and they were the inspiration for the ANITEEZ.
- The ANITEEZ are broken into two teams: A and Z. This is a play on ATEEZ’s group name, which means “anyone from A to Z.”^{[3]
