Though some details are unclear because of online gossip site speculation and active investigations, we’ll break down the facts and explain what happened and how Clavicular responded.

Clavicular Cybertruck Incident Explained

During a Christmas Eve livestream, influencer Clavicular appears to run over a man who fell under his Cybertruck after lying on the windshield. Clavicular claims it was self-defense against a stalker. The man survived, but his injuries are unknown, and there are no public charges against Clavicular as of December 31, 2025.

Clavicular appeared to run someone over during a Christmas Eve livestream. Near the end of Clavicular’s livestream on Christmas Eve 2025, Clavicular was with friends in his Cybertruck, and a man was lying on the windshield yelling at them. In the clip, Clavicular steps on the gas, the man disappears from view, and there’s a loud thumping sound off-camera.^{[1]

A TikTok by @clpnverse shows a resurfaced clip of a Clavicular livestream where he asks, “Chat, should we run someone over in his car?” Even though nothing else happens in the clip or livestream, many people in the comments feel like the video was foreshadowing the Cybertruck incident.
Clips from a November 2025 livestream show Clavicular confronting another stream sniper, claiming that he would “break [the stream sniper’s] jaw in half.” He claims the only thing stopping him from actually getting into an altercation was his fear of getting sued and losing money.^{[7]

Yes, Looksmaxxing influencer Clavicular (Braden Eric Peters) has been arrested 3 times in 2026. On February 7, 2026, he was arrested in Scottsdale, Arizona for using a fake ID and possession of two unprescribed pills (Adderall and Anavar). All charges were dropped 4 days later.

On March 26, 2026, he was arrested in Florida on a misdemeanor battery charge related to a fight earlier in 2026 involving his girlfriend, Violet Lentz, and another influencer. Following an investigation, law enforcement “determined that Braden Peters instigated the fight and posted it on social media to exploit the two women,” according to this CNN article. However, in July 2026, a Florida state attorney announced that the state would be dropping the charges.

On May 6, 2026, Peters was arrested and charged with “unlawfully discharging a firearm” after he appeared in a video shooting an alligator in the Florida Everglades. As a result of this charge, Peters faced a sentence of up to one year in jail and a fine of $1000. In May 2026, he reached a plea deal and was sentenced to 6 months of probation and 20 hours of community service, and was also required to complete a gun safety course and a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission course.

However, Peters was never arrested for the Cybertruck incident on December 24, 2025. During his livestream, Peters appeared to hit a man with his Cybertruck, and speculation swirled over whether he would face any legal ramifications. Peters claimed that the man was a stalker and that he was acting in self-defense, and no arrests were made in relation to this incident, though he was banned from Kick.
