Haters, bullies, pests. Annoying people come in many forms, and we all have to deal with them now and then. A quick, sharp roast is sometimes enough to send them off with their tails between their legs, and seeing them go is oh so satisfying. That’s why we’ve put together a list of the quickest and cleverest comebacks to send your haters packing.

Things You Should Know

Use comebacks that allow you to exit the situation, rather than escalating it.
Avoid being insensitive about a person’s appearance, home life, or other factors that they can’t control.
Talk to a counselor or trusted adult if someone won’t stop harassing you.

End the conversation with a bang. The best part about this one is following through on it. Walking away has never felt so satisfying than when you drop this juicy little quip and promptly wander off to talk to literally anyone else.
