Watermelon Slices

  1. Just make a triangle that points toward the top of your page and curves at the bottom. To make the watermelon look three-dimensional, draw a straight horizontal line coming from the top point, draw a vertical line that branches from the horizontal line and goes along the side of the triangle, then reconnect it with another curved line at the bottom. Finally, sprinkle a few black ovals in for seeds![6]
    • To make it seem like your watermelon still has skin, draw a curved line about 0.5 in (13 mm) above the bottom of the triangle and color it green.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. With cookies, the hardest part is getting enough chocolate chips onto the page—and you can never have enough! All you have to do is draw a big circle, then fill that circle in with a bunch of smaller black circles that have varying levels of space between them, for your chocolate chips. Then, color the large circle brown to make it look like your drawing’s an actual cookie![9]
    • To alter the perspective of your cookie, draw ovals instead of circles.
    • If you prefer a cookie without chocolate chips, simply draw the large circle and fill it in with a color of your choice.

Burritos

  1. This is one that you can customize to your liking. For burritos, all you have to do is draw a cylinder with a circle on one of its ends. In that circle, fill the burrito up with whatever you like! Draw a circle with squiggly lines that spring outward to make lettuce, draw small ovals for beans, whatever you want to do. Make this burrito yours![11]
    • To really make your burrito look realistic, draw a line that curves inward going over the cylinder to make the burrito tortilla look like it’s wrapping around itself.

Hot Dogs

  1. This is one of the more complex drawings on this list, but that doesn’t mean it’s difficult. Start by drawing a cylinder on its side with curved ends. Fill the cylinder in with small dots for sesame seeds, then draw a large line that curves from the side of the cylinder, goes above it, then curves back into the other side. Draw another curved line parallel to the original cylinder to finish things off![13] ===
