  1. A Supreme Repellant is an item of Epic rarity that is dropped by The Obsessed. If you have it in your inventory, it prevents The Obsessed from targeting you. If you have already been targeted by The Obsessed, consuming a Supreme Repellant removes the obsession completely.
  2. 2
Retreat from the Overworld. Another way to beat an obsession is to retreat to another realm besides the Overworld for 20 minutes. You can retreat to the Nether or The End and remain there for 20 minutes. This will clear The Obsessed’s obsession with you.
