Quick Reset Steps for Common Xfinity Remotes
- XR16 Voice Remote: Press and hold i and Home for 5 seconds, then release when the LED blinks. Press Power, Last, then Volume Down to reset.
- XR15 Voice Remote: Press and hold A and D, then release when the light turns green. Enter 9, 8, then 1 to reset.
- XR11 Voice Remote: Press and hold the Setup button until the light turns green. Enter 9, 8, then 1 to reset.
- Non-voice remotes: Press and hold the Setup button until the light turns green. Enter 9, 8, then 6 to reset.

XR16 Voice Remote (No Setup or Number Buttons)

Press and hold the i and Home buttons at the same time. Continue holding the buttons down for 5 seconds.[1]
