Hold your hand flat out in front of you. Point your ring finger down, and form a circle with your middle finger. Finally, raise your pointer finger and slightly curve it. Your pinkie stays straight and horizontal.

It basically consists of a series of back-and-forth hand slaps, a handshake, then finishing with the Wuxi Finger Hold.
