Accept a quest that gives Discord Orbs as a reward. Here's how to find and accept quests on Discord.^{[2]

- Desktop:
  - Click on the Discord icon in the upper-left corner of the screen.
  - Click the Quests button above your list of direct messages.
  - Hover the quest to see what the rewards are.
  - Click Accept Quest or Start Video Quest to accept the quest.
- Mobile:
  - Tap on the You button in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
  - Tap on the Discord Quest icon at the top of the screen (it looks like two laurels arranged like an "O").
  - Tap Accept Quest or Start Video Quest to accept the quest.

Complete the quest. How you get your Orbs varies depending on what type of quest it is:
- Video quest: Once you click or tap Start Video Quest, the video will immediately begin playing. Once the video is done, click or tap Claim Reward to get your Orbs.
- Other quests: Once you click or tap Accept Quest, choose your platform. Complete the quest objective (which is usually just playing 15 minutes of a game). Then, return to the quest and click or tap Claim Reward to get your Orbs.
  - If you're on the web or mobile version of Discord, you'll need to switch to the desktop app to complete game quests.

Spend your Orbs. Once you've gotten enough Orbs, you can spend them on various things, including account cosmetics and even a Nitro subscription!^{[3]

- To spend your Orbs, click on the Orbs icon in the upper-right corner of the quests menu. Then, click Open the Shop. This will take you to the Orbs exclusive shop, where you can spend your orbs.
  - On mobile, tap on the You tab, then tap the shop tab in the upper-right corner (it looks like a storefront). Tap the three-line icon in the upper-right corner, then tap on the Orbs Exclusives tab.
- To purchase an item, click or tap on the Redeem button. The button will also say how many Orbs you're redeeming for the item.

Why don't I see Orbs quests? If you're not seeing Orbs quests on desktop or in the mobile app, try logging in to Discord on the web. Some people have found that they can't see Orbs quests unless they're using the web client.^{[4]
