- The first three seasons on Crunchyroll should be the uncensored versions, though the fourth season (Hero) still appears to be censored. However, the dubbed version of Hero may be uncensored.
- You can also find Blu-Rays of each season on Amazon (which should be uncensored).

High School DxD is an adult series about a war between angels and devils. The supernatural-action and ecchi-comedy series follows Issei Hyodo, a perverted high school student who’s obsessed with girls. He gets asked out by a girl named Yuma, but on their date, Yuma turns into an evil fallen angel and kills him. However, Issei gets resurrected into a devil by his classmate, Rias Gremory, who reveals herself as a devil, too. She tells Issei that she’s his master and that he has to work for her and her other devil “pawns” to fight angels and fallen angels.^{[3]

There’s speculation about a fifth season, but no official confirmation. High School DxD is a popular series and there’s plenty of content left to adapt from the light novels, so fans definitely want a Season 5. And in 2024, High School DxD’s official X/Twitter account posted an announcement that DxD will continue in all forms.^{[12]

There are 25 volumes of the original series, High School DxD, which ran from 2008 to 2018. In 2018, Ishibumi released a sequel series, which is a direct continuation of the original series, called True High School DxD. There are currently 4 volumes.^{[13]
