This appears when you have the Windows Spotlight feature enabled, which gives tips and other information on your current background image. You can easily turn it off in your settings. Removing "Learn About This Picture" from Windows

To remove the "Learn About This Picture" icon, you'll just need to disable Windows Spotlight. Open your Windows settings, select Personalize, select Background, and then select a new option for the "Personalize your background" drop-down menu.

Open your Windows Settings. You can do this by clicking the Start menu and selecting the cog icon.
- Learn About This Picture is a shortcut that appears on your desktop when you have the Windows Spotlight feature enabled for your wallpaper.
- This method will turn off Windows Spotlight on Windows 11 and Windows 10.
On Windows 11, this is in the left panel. On Windows 10, this is towards the middle.

You can pick any other option; just make sure you don't select Windows Spotlight.

Open the Registry Editor. To do it, press the Windows key + R to open the Run menu. Then, type regedit and click OK.
- Keep in mind that editing the Windows Registry may affect your device's performance and/or stability. If you're unsure how the registry works, create a backup just in case.

You can use the pathways in the left panel to find this location, or copy and paste it into the address bar.
