Dark Danny is by far the most powerful villain in Danny Phantom, but luckily he only exists in an alternate timeline. Otherwise, some of the best villains include Vlad Masters/Plasmius, Pariah Dark, Nocturn, and Vortex. Ember McLain and Desiree are also notable villains.
